Must Include:
A signature from the school administrator.
Graduation from the currulum required to test for the certifcation. i.e. if you are testing for airframe it must say aiframe.
Date of graduation.

SCHEDULING YOUR EXAM
Now that all of your documentation is ready, follow the following steps to book your exam
STEP 1: Click the button to the appointment page.
STEP 2: Select your exam and date.
STEP 3: Schedule your exam.
STEP 4: Once you receive your appointment confirmation email you will email the following to us.
These documents must be received by us no later than 3 days before your exam date.
A copy of your 8610-2 form (filled out)
Written results
Graduation certificate
Your drivers license or other forms of ID.
