My educational background, a blend of business/aviation studies and advanced public administration, has laid the groundwork for my contributions to curriculum development and leadership in workforce education. The inception of the Aviation Education Academy (AEA) in 2021 highlights my commitment to crafting innovative educational pathways and workforce solutions that meet industry demands.

I advocate for an educational philosophy that not only prioritizes student success and modern, creative instruction but also aligns with the evolving needs of the aviation workforce. Through leadership marked by openness, rigorous standards, and an entrepreneurial approach to securing funding, I have driven initiatives that bridge educational outcomes with workforce readiness, emphasizing the importance of diversified offerings and industry partnerships.

My journey reflects a steadfast dedication to enhancing aviation education and workforce solutions, positioning me as a forward-thinking leader committed to shaping a future where education and employment in aviation are seamlessly integrated, ensuring that students are fully prepared for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow's job market.
